The training you will receive from us is a step-by-step program, based on over 20 years of experience in kickboxing and boxing. It
is designed to give the individual the most benefit and value from their training and to make them progress as quickly as possible. Although we follow a structured training program, we also take the individual’s independent goals into consideration. This
combination in thetraining produces the best and fastest results.

  Our workouts are done in semi-private sessions (average 4-8 students per session), which is a model that has been proven to deliver optimal results. Experience has shown that training in a
small semi-private group setting is most advantageous due to
several factors: Valuable time is not wasted on small talk between trainer and client, which is often the case otherwise. Working towards a mutual goal in a small group with motivated people creates a positive, high-energy environment where each individual
is inspired to produce their best effort every time. The whole
training experience becomes more fun and rewarding. This is also very important when you have a low-energy day, as the group will help lift you up. Doing the “drills” with different people is crucial for the development of correct technique application.
